The largest country completely within Europe and one of the least travelled, Ukraine offered a chance to see a part of Europe not seen by many outsiders. Almost as large as Texas, Ukraine contains a great diversity of culture and places to explore from the Soviet style architecture of Kyiv to the catacombs and sunny beaches of Odesa and the distincly European buildings and streets of Lviv.
